Actis Design Names ISS Group its European Distributor

PORTLAND, Ore., March 1, 2006 -- Actis Design, LLC, today named ISS Group of Stockholm, Sweden, its exclusive distributor in Scandinavia and Europe to fill the increasing demand for SystemC analysis software throughout Europe. Under terms of the distribution agreement, the ISS Group will market and support AccurateC, Actis' static C++ code analyzer for SystemC, the first software tool used in the SystemC code development flow.

ISS Group will demonstrate AccurateC during Design Automation and Test Europe (DATE) 06 in the Summit Design Stand #C3 March 7-9 at Messe Munich, Germany.

AccurateC analyzes SystemC code prior to compilation, simulation or synthesis, and offers designers the ability to analyze either one module or the entire SystemC design. Designed to increase productivity by analyzing code prior to complicated downstream processes, it enforces coding guidelines for high-quality, maintainable code while simplifying debugging with code correction hints for every rule violation.
